1 Chronicles 12:32 KJV
*And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.*


Regarding The Spirit of The Issachars, we have quite a lot to know and be. 
When we talk about Leadership and what to do, then we look into the Spirit of the Issachars. The Word makes us understand that these People understood the communications with God, with the times and seasons concerning what Israel(the body of Christ) ought to do. 

 The Issachars possess wisdom and counsel in leadership to issue commands to God's people on what to do. *What to do means being found where the will of God stands. The knowledge and understanding of the Prophetic words over times and seasons are made subject to the Spirit of The Issachars.*
For whatever God made the Issachars, If there is time given for anything, they will have understanding of its purpose.
The presence of an Issachar should produce an answer to any question and solution to any problem in time, according to The Will of God. So Every Issachar must be in the circle of the knowledge of God's will. This happens with intimacy and consistency in communications with God.

*Unveiling the mysteries of times and seasons in line with God's will is the quest and responsibility of The Issachars. You're responsible for what is done with time on earth, when it comes to the body of Christ. This call is important and powerful enough to lead, direct and "command" the Body of Christ in The Will of GOD.* 
Build yourself up in this spirit. You have the assignment to help people know what God wants.
